How to Add Expenses - Aiosell Property Management System
How to Add Expenses in Aiosell Property Management System:
1.Go to the Expense Feature: Expenses can be added from either Stay view, Rooms view or Expense Module.
2.Find and click the expense button within these views to navigate to the entry page.
3.Click on Add Expense option and users must select the type of payment and input the specific amount.
4.Categorize and Document:
-Choose an appropriate category for the expense.
-Enter the date, invoice number, and vendor name.
-Add any relevant comments.
-Upload a soft copy of the receipt or invoice if needed.
5.Click the submit button to save the entry.
6.Payment Mode Adjustment: Once added, you can choose from further options based on the selected mode of payment.
