How to reply to OTA messages - Aiosell Channel Manager

How to reply to OTA Messages from Aiosell:

1.Go to Channel Manager
2.Go to MESSAGES option
3.Here you will see the list of messages that you have received from the guest who has made the bookings via booking.com & Airbnb
4.Red envelopes means they are new messages
5.You can click on the drop-own option and you can reply them from here and click on send
