How to Initiate the conversation with guests from Aiosell:

1.Go to Channel Manager - LIVE BOOKINGS
2.This option is specifically for Booking.com & Airbnb bookings
3.Here you will find the blue envelope stating start the conversation
4.Once you click here you can type the message and click on send
5.This way you can initiate the conversation from your end with the guest
